LASERFIX
Bseen delivered more than I expected. As this was my first experience with building a website, I had thought the process was simply picking a design from a book of templates, adding some generic text, and posting those couple pages on the web. After all, this is what most websites look like. To my surprise, I had a significant involvement with the building process, and the total project evolved with my needs. The creative team listened to my ideas on appearance and the technical team worked hard to understand my unique business and the message I wanted to convey. There is no question my site has a professional look and feel and the design work is, I think, award winning. In the end, I have a website that I am proud to use as my "calling card". We wanted to take a minute to thank you for the transformation to our website.
...Over the years we've totally changed our website 3 times. As business grew more competitive we lost customers because our competition had a better website than we did. Although our product was better we weren't communicating that with our web page. I would often look enviously at the professional sites that these home-based businesses had and regret that although we were the professional company with offices and equipment they were seducing our customers.
...For the first time, you made my wishes become a reality. You had not only the desire but the know how to make it happen. After 10 years of looking at other people's websites I had a good idea of what I wanted. I wanted a very high end site like the Fortune 500 companies have, you gave it to me.
