Welcome to OPAC's Products and Services section. In this section you will find a regular feature called Assessment Roll Values. The Assessment Roll is a list of properties and their valuations delivered annually to each municipal taxing authority during December. The Assessment Roll is considered a public document available for viewing by any interested party.
Also available through this section is eRforms, an application allowing the submission of tenant and assessment information over the Internet. If you require blank forms, please click on the appropriate link below.
