What is e-notice?
e-notice is an electronic notification system which OPAC will be introducing in the near future. It will allow us to advise you by e-mail that information about your property assessment, including your Property Assessment Notice, is available for retrieval through the Internet.

How does e-notice work?
Register your e-mail address with OPAC and you will automatically be notified when your Notice or other information is available for retrieval.

Why should I use e-notice?
It's a quick, efficient and confidential way to get assessment information.

Is e-notice a confidential service?
Yes. OPAC will be using the latest encryption technology.

Will OPAC share my e-mail address?
No. It will not be sold and given to anyone else.

How do I register for e-notice?
Click on the register box at the top of this page. If you are registering residential properties, use the form which appears on your screen. If you are registering a business property, click the button at the right of the screen and fill out the form which appears.
