By viewing any of the demos, projects and posting descriptions, I agree to observe complete confidentiality with regards to any data, information, specifications, documentation and other material (tangible or intangible and machine readable or human readable), which is designated by BSEEN Design Group Inc. as being confidential. I agree not to disclose or otherwise permit access to the confidential information to any third party other than an employee of the company to the extent necessary in the performance of the employee's duties, and to ensure that any employee receiving access to any of the confidential information is advised of the confidential nature thereof and is prohibited from copying or revealing the confidential information to any third party.
